It is not only required that the packaging materials should not react with the health ingredients, but also that the packaging design should have the storage of the health ingredients. For example, tea polyphenols, the active ingredient in tea beer, are easy to polymerize with O2 under pH 8 and light conditions, and can react with iron to form a green black complex. Therefore, in the process of tea and beer packaging, we must fully consider the O2 impermeability of the packaging container and strictly avoid iron pollution. For another example, riboflavin is easy to photolysis, so the health beer with riboflavin as the health ingredient must pay attention to the design of avoiding light when packaging

3.3 in addition to selecting green packaging materials, attention should also be paid to green transportation, green equipment, green management and green process.

in essence, green packaging is a production mode that first considers sustainable development in the life cycle of packaging products. In the process of health beer packaging, green should run through all links of packaging. For example, while selecting pet green materials, someone investigated the noise of PET beer bottles when they were filled with beer, and finally proved that PET beer bottles would not produce noise pollution

3.4 pay attention to visual communication design

pet and pen bottles have better appearance texture and decoration printing performance than glass bottles, which provides a superior visual communication design platform for health beer to place the friction head in the middle of its green packaging. In the packaging design of health beer, we should fully consider the characteristics of green packaging materials, such as texture, color, texture, physical and chemical properties, combine artistic thinking with scientific and technological thinking, combine the times with national characteristics, and combine stylization with personalization, so as to finally create a unique packaging design. Designers can develop visual communication works in line with the consumption psychology of the relevant groups according to the visual perception of the applicable groups of health beer.
